Refunds & Cancellation

Sneaky is digital content delivered as a license key by email. Withdrawal or cancellation within 7 days of receiving the key is refunded in full.

01Withdrawal

Buyers may withdraw under Article 17 of the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.

  1. The period starts on the later of the day the order confirmation email is received and the day delivery of the license key begins.
  2. Withdrawal within 7 days from that day is refunded in full.
  3. No penalty, fee, or damages are charged for this withdrawal.

02Cancellation

A cancellation is handled the same way as a withdrawal. There is no special wording; just say you want to cancel by email or phone.

  1. If you have not received a key yet, you can cancel and get a full refund at any time.
  2. Within 7 days of receiving the key, you can cancel and get a full refund even if you have already viewed the key.
  3. If a person under 19 bought without a legal guardian's consent, that person or the legal guardian may cancel the contract.

03Refunds

  • The refund is the full amount paid. There are no partial refunds or deductions for time used.
  • Refunds are made within 3 business days of receiving the request.
  • Refunds go back to the payment method used. If that is not possible, we tell you in advance and refund by a method you choose.
  • If a refund takes longer than 3 business days, statutory late interest is added for the period of delay.
  • When a card cancellation appears on your statement depends on your card company's schedule.

04How to apply

Apply for withdrawal, cancellation, or a refund through either contact below.

Please include the email used for the order, the payment date, the platform (Windows or Mac), and the reason. One line is enough.

05When refunds are given

  • Withdrawal or cancellation within 7 days of receiving the license key
  • When the license key was not received
  • When the key does not work, or the game does not run on the stated operating system
  • When the content differs from what was displayed, advertised, or contracted, within 3 months of delivery and within 30 days of the day you learned or could have learned of it
  • Duplicate payments, for the full duplicated amount

06When refunds are not given

A change of mind more than 7 days after receiving the key is not eligible. A key that does not work or a product that differs from its description is not covered by this exclusion; the refund rules above apply.

07Does being digital content block withdrawal?

Withdrawal for digital content can be restricted once delivery has begun. For that restriction to be valid, the seller must clearly state it before payment and take the measures the law requires, such as providing a trial version.

PioneerY does not provide a trial version, so the 7-day withdrawal and full refund remain available after you receive the license key. The same rules appear in "Withdrawal, cancellation, and refunds" and "Withdrawal for digital content" in the Terms of Service.

08License key after a refund

Once a refund is confirmed, that license key is no longer valid and the buyer deletes the program. If the key was passed to someone else, the buyer remains responsible for its use even after the refund.
